Privacy Policy

The Interior Formula(“we”, “us”, “our”) is an interior design and renovation studio in Singapore. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email, postal code, and any property type, budget, timeline, project scope, message or floor plan you choose to share when you submit an enquiry.
• Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Lead ads— if you respond to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, the name, email and phone number you submit through Meta's form.
• Account & project data — if you become a client, the information needed to manage your project, quotations and payments through your private portal.
• Technical data — basic, automatically-collected information such as approximate usage and device/browser details, used to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell this data.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your Interior Report and quotation.
• To deliver and manage your renovation project, including milestones and payments.
• To send you the newsletter or updates you asked for.
• To keep our website and your data secure, and to fix problems.
• To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We only use your data for the purposes above, or purposes you would reasonably expect, and we collect your consent when the PDPA requires it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — secure database, accounts and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending transactional emails (e.g. enquiry confirmations).
• Google — secure sign-in for client and staff accounts.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if you submit a lead-ad form.
• Sentry — error monitoring, configured to strip out personal details such as emails and phone numbers.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — for example, to serve you as a client, to meet accounting requirements, or until you withdraw consent and ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable security measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted, role-based access to client information — to guard against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take your data's protection seriously.

Under the PDPA, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and ask how it has been used.
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw consent at any time, after which we will stop using your data for that purpose (this may mean we can no longer provide certain services).

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to keep you signed in) and to understand site usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.
